States DAO will help fellows to find a great team unit and environment to unlock your potential to jump into Web3. States DAO will provide help to you throughout our fellowship so that you would be rewarded for your participation.

Each learning unit is composed of 1 mentor matched with 1 to 8 fellows.

States DAO's curriculum is structured in such a way that mentors (mostly senior developers and industry leaders) supervise fellows who are interested in Web3. Throughout the learning process, mentors will provide assistance to fellows during learning difficulties and help them figure out what to do and how best to handle it. While it is up to the fellows to use their discretion in setting the curriculum, we recommend fellows take full advantage of their mentor's help to achieve the best results on Demo Day.
