Congratulations on becoming States DAO mentors! Although the Web3 field is growing rapidly, it is difficult to find the right talent within the field. We wish for our mentors to guide our fellows so that they could unlock their potential to jump into Web3. States DAO will provide help to you throughout our fellowship so that you would be rewarded for your guidance, and will find great talents among our fellows.

Each learning unit is composed of 1 mentor matched with 1 to 8 fellows.

<aside> 🧑🏻‍💼 Hiring + Investment Opportunities You could closely work with our fellows for 3 months and look for talents to work with in the future. You can also start new projects with people you met during the fellowship. Lastly, you can look into Web3 projects that are worth investing in.

<aside> 🥏 Talent Protocol (Experimental) We will support the opportunity to launch tokens for mentors and fellows on Talent Protocol.

2. Roles

States DAO's curriculum is structured in such a way that mentors (mostly senior developers and industry leaders) supervise fellows who are interested in Web3. Throughout the learning process, mentors provide assistance to fellows during learning difficulties and help them figure out what to do and how best to handle it. While it is up to fellows to use their discretion in setting the curriculum, we recommend fellows take full advantage of their mentor's help to achieve the best results on Demo Day.
